Desktop and mobile wireframes organising a broad energy and ICT service offering by service type and customer group, with clear routes to explore services and make contact.
Redesigned an existing booking application for mobile and desktop, improving usability and visual clarity with accessibility in mind. Iterative prototypes were developed with the customer.
Worked on bringing information from multiple systems into one application, with graphs, comparison tables, a nationwide map view and pharmacy visit notes.

I use ChatGPT, Claude and Figma AI tools to organise research, explore alternative flows and accelerate early prototyping. I check AI output against user evidence, accessibility and product constraints.
I started in graphic design and moved into UX, service design and leadership roles. I have worked in startup and international-company settings, as well as on freelance design projects. That range helps me move between product structure, visual detail and the conversations needed to get useful work shipped.
